Publication of the Book Fulfilling the Rights of Believers
According to the Public Relations Office of the Research Institute for the Quran and Hadith, striving to meet the needs of fellow believers is a moral virtue emphasized in numerous narrations from the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), who repeatedly urged the faithful to assist one another.
This work, authored by Sadīd al-Dīn Abū ʿAlī al-Ṣūrī—one of the scholars of the sixth century AH from the Jabal ʿĀmil region of Lebanon—contains more than fifty hadiths. While the majority of these narrations also appear in early hadith sources, a small number are preserved solely through this text. In the present edition, all narrations have been fully sourced and verified.
The book presents the Arabic text and Persian translation of Qaḍāʾ Ḥuqūq al-Muʾminīn, a work devoted to the rights of believers and the great reward promised for fulfilling their needs. The Arabic text is based on a critical edition by the esteemed Arab scholar Ḥāmid Khafāf, while the translation into Persian was carried out by Ḥujjat al-Islām Dr. ʿAbd al-Hādī Masʿūdī. The sourcing and completion of the references were undertaken by the Hadith Studies Department of the Research Institute for the Quran and Hadith.
